Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item

Trade

If you are a trade customer, then our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, and the returns policy is governed by these. Please contact our Customer Services department on +44(0)20 7713 8800, or email webtrader@medici.co.uk for further information.

Public

If you are a retail customer (a member of the public), then the section below explains what to do if you've received a damaged or incorrect item from us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a package from The Medici Society Limited and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Your intention to do so must be communicated to us immediately upon receipt of the package by sending an e-mail to info@medici.co.uk.

If you received an item in error

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item e-mail us at thurloe@medici.co.uk. We will arrange for the correct item to be supplied, and will also organise the return of the unwanted goods, obviously at no cost to you. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as they may go to the wrong address, and this could cause confusion and delay.
