Beatrice Parsons (1869-1955) was born in London and studied art at the Royal Academy Schools. She worked in watercolour and painted some portrait and genre subjects but specialised in pictures of old English gardens. She exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1899 onwards and other London exhibitions included thirteen one-man shows.
